Can you change the term 'black and white' thinking to 'binary thinking'.. because the term perpetuate that black is inherently bad and white as good. And thanks for making the app's main features as free ..

Super awesome app. Love the grounding activities. I usually don't do reviews. But this app saves me.

I've been using this app for 4 years now, as it helps to really regulate when I dissociate. But removing the forums kinda was why I stayed, I can understand that it was unregulated and there was some stuff not appropriate. But shouting into the void felt really good for me, and see other people struggle with similar fears like I have made me feel not alone.

Love the app. Weird layout for Android. When using the journal, the "next" and "save" buttons overlap with the phone's menu button at the bottom of the screen. If you don't click it JUST RIGHT you end up opening the menu and sometimes long progress in the app.

This is a very nice app. Though I have a problem. When I write in a journal and click to set the date I dont have a option to go back or to save it. So I loose everything I wrote. Could you please try to fix it? Thank you very much!
